Sightline is a tool for collecting written peer feedback, operated by Enginery, a one-person company run by Dave Paola. A manager runs it for their own team. It is not a service you can sign up for.
People invited into a review cycle by its owner. Sign-in is with a Google account. If you were not invited, there is nothing here for you.
A cycle owner chooses who writes about whom. Respondents write paragraph answers. The owner reads them and synthesizes written reviews. That is the whole product. How your answers are handled is covered by the privacy policy.
Write in good faith about people you have actually worked with. The owner may close a cycle or remove access at any time.
Sightline is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Enginery is not liable for damages arising from its use.
