What this is

Sightline collects written peer feedback for engineering teams. A cycle owner (usually a manager) chooses who gives input about whom. Respondents write paragraph answers about colleagues they have actually worked with. There are no ratings, no rankings, and no scales anywhere in the product: the only input is a long-text box.

Answers are visible only to the cycle owner, who synthesizes them into a written review. Nothing you write is quoted or attributed to you in what the subject receives, and there is no export feature of any kind. The privacy policy says all of this plainly, and it is short.
